Choral Workshop with Sam Evans
29-30 June 2024 Albyn School
On the 29th and 30th of June 2024 we held a choral workshop in Albyn School with choral conductor Sam Evans. We are grateful to Sam for making time for us in his busy schedule.
It was a fantastic opportunity to learn some new singing techniques and to immerse ourselves in his infectious enthusiasm and motivational teaching methods. Sam somehow manages to sustain momentum and positive energy throughout an entire weekend—incredible!
We rounded the event off with an informal concert attended by some friends and family. Everyone seemed to have a thoroughly enjoyable time.
Hopefully we can all be unafraid to sing “what we think we remember”, move our mouths in time with the music and bring our Pumpkin faces and Christmas eyes to Tuesday evenings!
