Performances 1956-1999

Aberdeen Bach Choir was reconstituted in 1956 with Willan Swainson as Conductor, and over the next thirteen years had four different conductors up to 1969,when James Lobban took over. James was to continue as Conductor for the next thirty years and beyond, until illness (which proved terminal) forced him to give up in 2006.
