Please complete this form to pay your music hire charge of £10. There is no option to buy the music this term and most of the scores are being privately printed. You must pay the music hire charge before your second rehearsal this term.

If you paid your subscription in August, leave the Subscription Class field blank. If you did not pay in August, you can add a subscription payment using this form. New members need not pay a subscription until they have been at two rehearsals and are sure that they want to continue with the choir.

Once you have submitted this form, you will be taken to a page confirming the information you have provided. If you have chosen to pay online using PayPal, you will be provided with a link to a payment page. If you have chosen to pay by another method, you will be given the appropriate instructions.

The recommended payment method is online via the Choir website, using PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account and can pay by credit or debit card). You can also pay using bank transfer via online banking or through your bank branch, or by cheque or cash. Details will be provided after you indicate your preference for method of payment.

For this to be allowable, you personally must have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities (and any Community Amateur Sports Clubs - CASCs) that you donate to will reclaim on your gifts for the current tax year. You understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. You also understand that the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you have given.
